It's time to wake up.
I believe it is possible to wake up in a life that is made for you, that nourishes you, that loves you. You are life, so live it!
With Waking up in your Body, I am offering you a guided practice that can support you in starting your day grounded, in contact with yourself, and with relaxation. These daily practices are basic movement and breath exercises, that focus on your inner wellbeing and increase your self-awareness and embodied presence.  

Every day has a bodywork practice to start with in the morning. The meditation is for that moment where you want to connect with yourself and find rest.

We must plant ourselves again in the universe. That sentence resonates so strongly with me. This is why we start today with growing our roots.


Bodywork can help you with finding your ground, giving you an increasing sense of belonging, of having a home in your body.

How do you feel? What is moving through you today?

Yesterday we've built up our ground, so today we can open ourselves to feeling our true desire in life. What do you truly long for? What do you need to make your life a pleasureful experience? Because, yes. A pleasureful life IS possible. But to feel what gives you pleasure, you have to connect to your feelings.

Today is all about standing up for your needs. The 3rd chakra deals with the duality of YES and NO, of will, of doing and acting.

What do you want?

Having arrived on day three, we're going to use our ground and our longing to fuel our core and get our inner fire burning. What's cooking in you?

Have you ever allowed yourself to explode, to boil over, to find yourself suddenly out of your comfortzone?

What do you love? What makes you jump off your chair? What makes your heart say YES!?
Do you dare to let go of the known and reach out for what you truly want?

It is not easy to listen with presence to your heart. Often, I am finding myself on that crossroad of choices. Do I follow what sounds wise, or do I dare to trust my inner wisdom? It takes little steps to find trust.

Do you roar when you’re angry, do you cry when you’re sad? Do you stamp your feet with frustration? Do you reach out for what you need with both arms and gleaming eyes?

 

Can you connect to that longing within yourself to be alive?
To open up, to dip into the unknown?
To be wild, loose and natural?

Start moving. Start listening, start feeling. Start trembling, start breathing.

You have NOTHING in you that was ever a mistake.
EVERYTHING that you feel and are, is the most right and true form of life.

Reclaim your body. It’s yours.
Reclaim your voice. Yours.

Reclaim your feelings. They are real.

Reclaim your breath. It’s life.


In is the only way out.
Out is the only way in.
