Welcome

There are three simple steps you can take to move your energy and to bring more aliveness and relaxation into your body and being. These steps help you to connect to your body, to deepen your breathing and to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps you to relax.

 

When you feel stuck, stressed, tired, worried, or you simply want to bring a bit more embodied awareness into your life, you can do these three practices. You can repeat them as often as you wish.

Before you start, make sure you have a comfortable place to move, and a (yoga) for good grip, preferably bare foot. Then, you can connect to your deeper intention. What do you wish to learn/receive from doing these practices? What is your inner motivation? Feeling into this helps you connect your awareness and your energy.

Maybe you want to try breathing more consciously during the day. Take a moment, before you step in the car, of before you get our of bed, to lay a hand on your body and just  b r e a t h e .
